Scope of Work:

Beam Craft was awarded the installation of the mass timber components for the new Chamber of Commerce Building in Castlegar, BC.  This design featured CLT exterior and interior walls as well as stairs, glulam columns and beams.  All mass timber was detailed, manufactured and supplied by Kalesnikoff Mass Timber.  This was our first project with T. A. Rendek & Associates.  Our team thoroughly enjoyed the experience working as their subcontractor and look forward to building with their team in the future.
