Our team was hired by OML Construction to complete the exposed glulam framing scope of work in this hip redevelopment.  We were pleased to see the original heavy timber and wood-plank roof deck in this vintage building exposed as a feature in their new office space. The new sloping glulam columns and floor to ceiling glass wall partitions create a fresh and modern work space.
