Scope of Work:

• Installation of glulam beams and glulaminated timber panels (GLT)

GLT were installed and fixed to structural steel I beams to make the roof deck.  GLT was prefinished and was left as an exposed ceiling feature in this new school. The show side of the GLT was pre-stained prior to install.  This exposed mass timber ceiling is a simple way to bring the warmth and character of wood into an educational building.
